My name is Janet Sneddon and I am an integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor experienced in working with clients and supervisees across Salford, Manchester and via zoom/phone in private practice, for national charities and for local businesses via employee assistance programmes.
I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and supportive environment on a wide range of issues on either a short or long term basis dependent on your requirements.
I am registered with a number of insurance companies and accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I have qualifications in Fieldwork Supervision, the Theory and Practice of Counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Therapeutic Hypnotherapy. My training and experience includes working with trauma, depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, loss and bereavement, childhood abuse, domestic abuse, eating disorders, sex exploitation and mindfulness.
