My name is Janet Sneddon.  I'm a counsellor and clinical supervisor with many years experience gained working in private practice, for national charities and other organisations. I have trained in a wide variety of areas and offer an integrative approach so I can tailor the therapy to meet your specific needs. I have a particular interest in supporting people to work through the impacts of trauma.

I work within the professional and ethical guidelines set down by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), of which I am accredited with both.

I am registered with a number of insurance companies including BUPA, AXA PPP healthcare, Aviva and Vitality health and in addition to my work with individuals I provide a tailored employee assistance programme for local businesses.
